About QuickShiksha

What is QuickShiksha?

QuickShiksha is an online learning marketplace for exam preparation in India. Students can enroll in test series, video courses, and live classes from teachers and coaching institutes.

Which exams and subjects can I prepare for?

Browse exam hubs and subject hubs on QuickShiksha to find test series, video courses, and live classes aligned to your goal — from school boards to competitive exams. Use filters on catalog pages to narrow by subject, level, or price.

Courses & access

What is the difference between test series, video courses, and live classes?

Test series are timed mock tests you attempt online. Video courses are on-demand recorded lessons you can watch anytime. Live classes are scheduled sessions with a teacher that you join in real time from the class page.

How do I access content after I purchase?

Sign in with the same account you used to pay. Open the product page again: video courses unlock the learn player, test series unlock attempts, and live classes unlock the room around the scheduled time. Purchases also appear in your student dashboard.

Are there free courses or tests?

Yes. Many teachers publish free test series, video lessons, or live sessions. Look for Free badges on catalog cards, or filter by price where available on QuickShiksha.

Payments & refunds

What payment methods are supported?

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. On mobile you can pay with UPI apps such as PhonePe, Google Pay, or Paytm, or complete checkout with other methods Razorpay offers in your region.

How long do I keep access after buying?

Video courses and test series access is typically valid for 30 days from purchase unless the product page states otherwise. Live class access applies to the scheduled session you enrolled in.

What is the refund policy?

Refund eligibility depends on product type and timing. Please read the Refund Policy on QuickShiksha before purchasing, and contact support if you believe a charge was made in error.

Test series & attempts

How do online test attempts work?

After enrollment, open the test series, read the instructions, then start the attempt. The exam runs in fullscreen or focus mode to reduce cheating. Submit from the last question or the question palette when you finish.

Can I pause or retake a test?

Retakes and attempt limits depend on how the teacher configured the series. Check the test series detail page for number of attempts allowed. Leaving the tab during an active attempt may count as a warning.

Account & teachers

How do I create an account?

Sign up with email on QuickShiksha, or continue with Google. Choose your role (student or teacher) when prompted so you land in the right dashboard.

I am a teacher. How do I publish courses?

Create a teacher account, complete your profile, then publish test series, video courses, or live classes from the teacher dashboard. Learners can discover you via catalogs, exam hubs, and top educator pages.
