Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases on QuickShiksha. By buying content you agree to these terms along with our Terms & Conditions.

1. General

• Digital learning products are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
• Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case for payment failures or duplicate charges.

2. Eligible cases

• Duplicate successful payments for the same item
• Amount debited but enrollment not unlocked after reasonable verification time
• Technical failure proven on our side that permanently blocks access

3. Not eligible

• Change of mind after purchase
• Partial consumption of video/test content
• Missing a live class due to personal schedule or local internet issues
• Exam performance or dissatisfaction with results

4. How to request

Email support@quickshiksha.com within 7 days of purchase with your registered email, payment ID, and item link. See also Contact.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank timelines may take 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund with the payment gateway.
