1. Platform Overview

QuickShiksha is an online marketplace connecting students with teachers and coaching institutes for educational services, including live classes, recorded content, and test series.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
  • You must be at least 18 years old or use under parental supervision

3. Teacher / Coaching Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate profile and qualification details
  • Complete KYC verification before withdrawal
  • Deliver promised educational services
  • Avoid misleading content or false claims

4. Payments & Fees

  • All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways
  • QuickShiksha may charge platform/service fees
  • Prices are set by teachers/coaching unless specified

5. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Certain services (live classes, completed sessions) may be non-refundable.

6. Content Ownership

  • Teachers retain ownership of their content
  • Users are granted limited, non-transferable access
  • Content cannot be copied, shared, or redistributed

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Unauthorized sharing of course content
  • Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform
  • Using fake identities or fraudulent information
  • Harassment or abuse of users

8. Video & Content Protection

All videos are DRM-protected. Downloading, recording, or distributing content outside the platform is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

9. KYC & Withdrawals

  • KYC verification is mandatory for teachers/coaching
  • Withdrawals are processed only after admin approval
  • Compliance with Indian regulations is required

10. Limitation of Liability

QuickShiksha is not responsible for:

  • Quality of teaching provided by instructors
  • Student performance or outcomes
  • Technical issues beyond our control

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraud, or misuse of the platform.

12. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Promotion & Usage Rights

By using QuickShiksha, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your profile information, course details, and content (including videos, thumbnails, and descriptions) for the purpose of promoting the platform, marketing, and advertising across digital and offline channels.

This includes usage on social media, advertisements, website banners, and other promotional materials. We will not misuse or alter your content in a misleading way.

16. Content Responsibility

Teachers, coaching institutes, and content creators are solely responsible for the content they upload, publish, or share on QuickShiksha.

  • Accuracy, quality, and legality of content
  • Copyright ownership or proper authorization
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

QuickShiksha does not verify or guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or legality of such content.

17. Marketplace Disclaimer & Limitation of Responsibility

QuickShiksha acts solely as a technology platform and marketplace that connects students with teachers and coaching institutes. We do not create, control, or take responsibility for any content, courses, or services provided by third-party educators.

  • We are not responsible for any content uploaded by users
  • We do not guarantee course quality, accuracy, or outcomes
  • We are not liable for any legal, copyright, or intellectual property issues
  • We are not responsible for disputes between students and teachers

Any claims, disputes, or legal issues must be resolved directly between the concerned parties.

By using the platform, you agree that QuickShiksha shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuickShiksha, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Any content you upload or share
  • Any infringement of third-party rights
